Lifetime Guarantee on Poly Components
At Mountings & Bushes, we stand by the quality of our locally manufactured polyurethane (poly) products. That’s why we offer a lifetime guarantee on all poly components—specifically bushes and the polyurethane within mountings—that are found to be defective.
If a covered poly component tears, cracks, or fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we’ll replace it with a brand-new product at no cost.

Refunds vs Replacements
The primary remedy for any verified defect is a like-for-like replacement of the affected polyurethane (poly) component. Once the product has been inspected and confirmed defective, a new replacement is issued free of charge. In cases where the original product or part number is no longer available, a functionally equivalent or updated version will be supplied to ensure continued performance and compatibility.
If a replacement cannot be provided, or where required under applicable consumer protection laws, a refund may be offered instead. Refunds are based on the original purchase value and are typically processed using the same payment method. Our priority is always to keep your vehicle equipped with reliable, locally manufactured Mountings & Bushes components, so we focus on replacements first to maintain consistent performance. Whether resolved through replacement or refund, our aim is to deliver a fair, efficient, and hassle-free outcome that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
